Ceiling Repair
Cracks that track across the ceiling. Panels that sag. Holes, and the openings left behind by ceiling fans, lights and rewiring. We re-secure or replace damaged board, tape and coat the seams, and blend the texture so the repair does not call attention to itself.

What we repair overhead
- Water damage cut-out and replace
- Sagging or cracked ceiling drywall
- Holes and openings left by fans, lights and rewiring
- Texture blending — knockdown, popcorn, smooth
- Seam and corner crack repair
Water stains, sagging drywall, seam cracks, and textured-ceiling blending. Ceilings are harder than walls — and they're what we do every day.

Four steps. No shortcuts.
- 01Find the cause
Stains and sags get traced before anything is closed up.
- 02Cut out what is ruined
Damaged board comes down to clean, dry edges.
- 03Hang, tape, coat
New board, taped seams, compound feathered flat.
- 04Blend the texture
Heavier ceiling textures matched so the patch disappears from across the room.
Ceiling work is its own trade
Overhead work is dusty, awkward and easy to get wrong — which is why it is one of our specialties. Texture on ceilings is heavier and harder to blend, and a bad ceiling patch is visible from anywhere in the room.
After a leak
Water-stained or sagging ceilings are a normal job for us. The leak itself should be fixed first — we are a repair contractor, not a remediation company — then we replace what the water ruined and match the finish.
From our own crews.

Do you handle water damage and stained ceilings?
Yes. We cut out damaged drywall, apply stain-blocking primer, install new drywall, tape and texture, and leave it paint-ready. If there's active moisture (ongoing leak), we'll flag it so the source can be addressed first — otherwise you'll see the stain come right back.
Can you remove popcorn ceilings?
Yes — we scrape, skim-coat, and finish your ceiling smooth. In homes built before 1980, popcorn texture may contain asbestos, so we test first and handle carefully if needed.
