Water Damage Drywall Repair
A brown ring on the ceiling. Soft, crumbling board around a tub. A sagging panel that gets worse every week. Water finds drywall, and after the leak is fixed, someone has to make the wall whole again. That is our part.

Important
Fix the water source first — otherwise the stain returns. We coordinate with plumbers and roofers.

What water leaves behind
- Damaged section removal (wet/soft drywall cut out)
- Stain-blocking primer and seal
- New drywall installation, tape, and mud
- Texture match and paint-ready finish
- Coordination with insurance scopes when needed
Leaks, floods, and burst pipes leave saturated, discolored, crumbling drywall behind. We cut it out, seal it, replace it, and re-texture it.

Four steps. No shortcuts.
- 01Source fixed first
Your plumber or roofer stops the water. We coordinate the timing.
- 02Cut back to dry board
Soft, stained and crumbling drywall comes out to clean edges.
- 03Seal and replace
Stain-blocking primer, new board, tape and compound.
- 04Match and hand back
Texture blended, paint-ready, broom-clean.
What we do — and what comes first
We are a repair contractor, not a remediation company. The source of the leak gets fixed first; once the area is dry and the leak is handled, we replace the damaged board, close the surface and match the texture so the room reads clean again.
Rain season is when it shows
First rains surface every slow roof and pipe leak in the county. Text a photo of the stain to (707) 503-9494 and we will tell you whether it is a patch job or a panel replacement — before you pay anyone for a guess.
From our own crews.
Photographs are from customers' homes and are published with the room and month only. Cities are left off on purpose.
Water-stained ceiling, marked for repair
Do you handle water damage and stained ceilings?
Yes. We cut out damaged drywall, apply stain-blocking primer, install new drywall, tape and texture, and leave it paint-ready. If there's active moisture (ongoing leak), we'll flag it so the source can be addressed first — otherwise you'll see the stain come right back.
